I am a seasoned technician with over ten years of combined experience in MV-22B Airframes and Mechanical Maintenance experience in the both the public and private sector. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for leadership and technical training while in the United States Marine Corps, as well as for leading a technical team for a multinational aircraft corporation. As such, I have consistently met or exceeded budgetary and performance goals and I am adept at achieving maximum operational output with minimal resource expenditure. Professional focal points include strong team leadership skills in both sectors, diverse project and personnel management, flight control rigging, structural repair processes and quality assurance. Currently, I am owning and operating a small business businesses that I have built while finishing my formal education. I own and operate a Laser Engraving and Craft business that facilitates custom design work and crafting on a global scale. Outside of that business, I work for Perfect Point EDM as the East Cost Technical Sales Director with previously being a Customer Support and Sales Representative at the company.Recently, I was an MV-22 Repair/Modification Technician with The Boeing Company. Under my leadership, I guide the OSQRT team operations and perform maintenance on the MV-22B Osprey to facilitate FRC East during PMI operations. I also implement in-depth corrosion inspections, documentation, and corrective actions, and guide and instruct Marines and sailors on a diverse range of maintenance actions.
