Managed the front desk and all front desk personnel at a 4.5 acre racquet and fitness club. The front desk is the hub of operations. Our team required by necessity to have knowledge and understanding of all functions of the club. This could include anything from how club dues are paid, information on tennis or swim lessons or the simple purchase of a bottle of water. We also handle check in procedures for all members and nonmembers entering the only entrance to the club. Furthermore, we cashier all club transactions, outside of the Smoothie Bar. These transactions could include Personal Training, Group Training, TRX, Pilates Reformer, Tennis Lessons, Swim Lessons, Summer Camp, Swim Team, and many more.Managerial responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, and continual training of staff on how to properly and competently handle all front desk operations. Also included the front desk employees' day to day work schedule.
