I was responsible and co-controller for the application of Grupo Tigre's corporate credit policy. Main activities carried out are:- Acting as Business Partner of the Finance team in the credit area, bringing international units closer to the business model;- Responsible and leader of the credit engine project, which was implemented in the company in February 2022;- Constant search for innovations and market trends;- Constant review of credit strategies;- Creation, maintenance and alteration of credit policies;- Co-responsible for the operation by BPO - Business Partner Operation;- Focal point for development of projects and innovations;- Analysis of financial statements and risk for credit decisions (national and international);- Consolidation of performance indicators and credit results of all units;- Innovation in terms of payment and commercial services (Credit Card, Vendor, Bndes, BBAgro);- Development of PCLD and losses policy;- Internal and external customer service and audit.

Main activities performed:• Lead of the Business Intelligence department: Analyze and report performance to stakeholders and leadership, improving negotiation strategy and operation with partners through data analysis. I act as a reliable source of information about financial products and provide information for the strategy, I am also responsible for the product data, understanding its impacts on the business;• Direct relationship with company directors; I share information with the team of directors and managers regarding the tools used, indicators created, and improvements needed/performed;• Analysis of financial indicators in order to generate diagnoses for 15 bank branches/cooperatives;• Responsible for creating, changing, and maintaining high complexity result indicators and management analyses;• Approval and creation of dashboards: development of senior management reports, with consistent information, analysis, and recommendations for decision making.• Strategic Planning: Monitoring of projects and management of goals with monthly management report presentation of the projected and carried out.

Main activities developed:• Responsible for analyzing the credit requests from the Business Units (15 agencies distributed along the Northwest, Alto Paranaíba, Triângulo Mineiro and Sul de Minas).• Responsible for issuing technical opinions on the capacity to pay, risk classification and other relevant items, in order to justify the decisions to grant and / or refuse credit.• Monitor the performance of the credit portfolio at the units, advising them on the technical evaluations of credit operations, recommending the reorganization or redirection actions, in order to support or resolve risk levels assumed by UNICRED.• Responsible for supporting the immediate manager in matters inherent to his unit of action, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities, in order to subsidize procedures and actions to be adopted.

Main activities developed:• Conduct sales activities, collect information on product sales activities, compile data and prepare reports and statistics, to enable the overall evaluation of applied policies and to communicate up-to-date information to departmental management.• Assist in the elaboration of the commercial policy of the company, collaborate with reports and suggestions, suggesting priorities.• Monitoring of the company's payment processes within the commercial sector, in accordance with established procedures and standards.• Responsible for assisting in the management and budgetary control of expenses of the commercial sector of the unit.• Promotion of relationship with banks and execution of the logistics of financing documents.• Responsible for supporting the sales manager.

Main activities developed:• Business to Business assistance between outsourced carriers and Amazon.• Performance analysis (KPI's) of outsourced carriers.• Responsible for preparing Ad Hoc reports related to Transportation Sector.• Responsible for the daily meetings between the carrier and the company, seeking opportunities, improvements, and reduction of time between the exchange of relevant information between the outsourced carrier and Amazon.• Responsible for evaluating customer feedback regarding product delivery service.
