Additionally, I spearhead the development and implementation of internal technical processes and policies, ensuring our business remains compliant while staying at the forefront of technological advancements.My journey with Aztec began in early 2016 as a service desk technician, gradually progressing to join the management team in 2020. Years of experience in the service desk domain have equipped me with the necessary expertise to offer our clients and team invaluable insights into technical strategies.Prior to my tenure at Aztec, I held a pivotal role in managing the social media presence of "The Wideboys," involving extensive travel to capture footage, followed by meticulous editing and distribution across various websites and social media platforms.I consider myself a highly driven individual, oriented towards achieving competitive goals. I thrive on challenges that push me beyond my comfort zone.Outside of work, I am dedicated to my physical development, with a particular focus on kickboxing. I hold a third-degree black belt in Kickboxing and actively participate in coaching and internal tournaments at our school, Zheng Dao Lo.
