Technical Manager
CurrentAs the Technical Manager, my responsibilities within Aztec are multi-faceted. My primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our technical team, providing guidance and support where it is needed. I also drive our internal technical processes and policies, making sure we are compliant as a business and always on the cutting edge of technology.Having joined the Aztec team at the beginning of 2016 as a service desk technician, I progressed and developed to the point of joining the management team in 2020. Years of service desk experience have given me the knowledge required to provide expert advice on technical strategy to our clients and team.I believe that the continued development of our team is paramount to our growth and success.I also work closely with our Service Desk Manager to ensure the team is consistently providing excellent customer service.
