Quality Control Inspector- Electrical
Current• Performs inspections of all electrical components, subassemblies, and assemblies according to drawings and specifications.• Documents inspection(s) activities on check sheets.• Documents any nonconformances and manages the nonconformance system. • Works with operations, engineering, procurement team and suppliers to get positive resolution(s) to all electrical non-conformances, bringing them to a close.• Creates documentation to support inspection procedures. • Performs inspection(s) of all electrical connections performed on site, following the P&ID’s and schematics.• Performs inspection(s) on electrical components, subassemblies and assemblies arriving from suppliers as soon as they arrive at our facility and prior to placing them into stock.• Interfaces with Assembly and Test Team on electrical quality issues and provides written resolutions.• Follows all safety regulations.• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement.• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
