Let me introduce myself:I've worn many hats in the IT world, each role bringing its own set of challenges and opportunities. From troubleshooting technical issues to leading major projects, it's been quite the journey! As a team lead and enthusiastic self-starter, I thrive on being curious. In fact, some would say I have a knack for finding creative solutions to complex problems, often thinking outside the box to get the job done! It's a big part of how I try to stay one step ahead.Leading by example has also been a characteristic of my work. Whether it's by easing the workload for my team, or by elevating team members and helping them reach their full potential, I believe a team is only as good as the individuals that comprise it. And so I feel it paramount that teamwork and mentorships are both encouraged and valued. Collaboration is essential for success. In terms of things I'm proud of? How about successfully coordinating a migration from Google to Microsoft for 200 users, both on time and on-budget? Or perhaps rapidly deploying office-to-home setups during unprecedented times? What about merging 4 companies into 1, combining software stacks to reduce cashflow, while ensuring security compliance for access management purposes? I'm also very proud of managing & auditing entire fleets of hardware, implementing efficient onboarding and offboarding processes to streamline HR operations and controlling company relations with external vendors.All that being said, I still get the biggest satisfaction from praise received from co-workers - satisfying a colleague's IT needs gives me a great sense of pride in my work.And now, I'm looking for a new challenge!I want to be part of a team where my contributions are truly valued, where I'm not just a number but an integral part of the success story.
