I started at Cook Medical just after earning my bachelor’s degree from Indiana University – Bloomington in 1987. My first role introduced me to critical care medicine as a sales rep based in Pittsburgh, PA. While a sales rep, I also acted as a product manager for the northern Pacific Rim, doing business mostly in Japan and Korea. In 2000, I was asked to come back to the Hoosier state to work at Cook's global headquarters as marketing manager for the Critical Care division. I then transitioned to the Peripheral Intervention division where I took on the role of senior global product manager overseeing products that would eventually become the Interventional Radiology division. In 2005, I completed my MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. I was asked to lead the newly launched Interventional Radiology division in 2009 and was asked to also lead the Critical Care division soon after. In 2017, I helped lead a restructuring of the entire company, condensing 10 strategic business units into two divisions, Vascular and MedSurg. I was asked to lead the newly created MedSurg division of Cook Medical. In this position, I have global responsibility for the sales, marketing, product management and R&D engineering teams. It is an honor and privilege to serve in this role supporting a fast growing, billion-dollar business. Life-long Hoosier. Die-hard Steelers fan.
