Pipser (2-pop ltd) is croatian based film production based in Zagreb. Due to our production approach and attitude towards filmmakers and scriptwriters, we've positioned ourselves as a production company that filmmakers and producers in Croatia and the region want to work with. We support the various forms of expression of authors, pay attention to the development of projects and listen to the needs and wishes of authors and collaborators, approach projects carefully and together, we shape and realize the process of creating a film work. Pipser's inclination and boldness to tackle burning and often controversial social issues, characters and phenomena through a daring authorial perspective and a clear approach to the audience, have made us a stable and credible partner and collaborator.Of the most important successes so far, we would like to single out the feature film Safe Place directed by Juraj Lerotić, which premiered at the 75th Locarno Film Festival as part of the Concorso Cineasti del presente competition program, where it won awards for best director, best actor (Goran Marković) and best debut feature film of the festival, and then won four awards at the Sarajevo Festival : Two Hearts of Sarajevo – best feature film and best male role (director Lerotić), CICAE Award and Cineuropa Award. The film is also a Croatian candidate for the 95th Academy Award. The international distribution was taken over by the worldwide sales company CERCAMON.Our award-winning documentaries: One of Us, The Verdict and News from Laayoun , directed by Đuro Gavran, have been screened at numerous domestic and international festivals where they have won important awards.
