Ensure compliance with Government procurement and financial procedures and internal procedures.Cost & Time Management - Control project cost and the construction schedules and ensure timelycompletion and within budget and finalization of programme/project accounts. Checks/certify progress payments certified by consultants.Stakeholder management - Manage expectations of Grassroots Advisers, grassroots leaders and various stakeholders within project policies and achieving overall project objectives.

•Tender management- preparing contracts and negotiation revisions tocontractual agreements.•Preparing cost estimations and cost management for new projects andcyclical maintenance.•Project Management – Planning, organizing and overseeing renovationprojects for new office and training centres.•Facility Management - cyclical maintenance, A&A works and minor fitout works for student care centres.•Conducting periodic site inspections and obtaining all necessary permitsand licences for operations. Eg. Fire Safety Permit•Coordinating works with contractors, consultants and regulatory bodiesto facilitate operations.
