Quality Engineer for Continuous Galvanizing Line, ensuring product quality. Responsibilities included verifying mechanical properties and surface quality on all produced material. Managing service work of out of spec material and maintain quality control systems. Participation in teams to continually improve process. Review claimed material from customers to analyze failures and implement changes through the process to further improve line quality and yield.

Retrieve and Ship orders customers have placed (maintaining over 99% accuracy). Manufacture boat repair kits, safety kits, and rope bags. Keep the warehouse stocked and help increase efficiency. Trained to use a forklift for applications of these job duties.

Saw different mining techniques, units, and engineering operations as well as learned mine safety through tours and hands on applications.
