Responsible for leading the email transformation project to migrate 20,000 users mailboxes from legacy on-premise Exchange to Microsoft Office 365. During the project i worked closely with Origin Energy to firstly stabilise the existing on-premise legacy Exchange servers across multiple domains. Technical lead for the HP engineering team to provide solution designs, road maps, implementation plans to integrate their existing on-premise Exchange organisation to the cloud.This approach ensured improved up time on the legacy servers and a seamless transition to Office365 with minimal interruption for the Origin Energy staff.

Responsible for leading Wintel team for design and implementation.Successfully delivered a design and Implementation of a centralised Flexpod architecture which utilises Cisco Unified Computing System, NetApp Storage and VMware for virtualisation.My goal was to reduce the existing provisioning process and delivery time for shared services while reducing overall infrastructure costs for the customer.Outcome:Delivered a standardise flexible and optimised architecture that can scale up or out with a mix of workloads. Improved customer satisfaction with service provisioning reduced from weeks to minutes, along with a 25 percent reduction in energy consumption.
