Current- Envision and effectively operationalize a new learning business at a fast-paced, matrixed organization.- Build, manage, and optimize a shared services model supporting training and learning in alignment with business needs.- Lead and establish the company’s learning infrastructure - such as learning platforms, administration, content, technology, analytics, and vendor management- Implement scalable, global, enterprise-wide learning solutions- Responsible for training/learning and ensuring that the content/coordination is effective and meets the needs of Corporate Compliance, Human Resources, Legal, Quality, Security, and Environmental Health and Safety functions
