Storcom also provided a full suite of managed services from private cloud to managed public cloud in Azure and AWS. As CTO of Storcom for 15+ years, I built the foundation for Storcom's success. Initially Storcom was solely focused on being a traditional VAR selling into the Storage, Backup & Recover, Data protection, and Disaster Recovery sector of IT. We were the first to market in the midwest with Commpekllet Technologies, Commvault, Data Domain, and many other leading innovative technologies. In 2014 I launched Storcom's first managed service with our Recover by Storcom production, providing disaster recovery-as-a-service. This solution was the first of many managed services we provided in our T3 data center in the Chicagoland area. This grew into being the number one revenue stream for the company. As CTO of Storcom I was in charge of all technical operations running our private cloud as well as being the lead sales person for Storcom bringing in over $10 Million in revune per year in managed services. In 2020 we launched our Cloud enablement roadmap offering to provide consulting services for custom tailored assessment for public cloud variability studies.
GTG was made up of technology professionals offering IT Consulting and Services to small and mid-size businesses. focus on delivering this underserved market with the same level of guidance and service regularly offered to larger enterprises.At GTG, I manged a team of IT professions proving IT services for our customer base who also leveraged GTG for application development using our e-commerce platform. This business was then folded info Storcom in April of 2006.
