I am a former CFO/Head of Finance of two publicly traded companies, a serial entrepreneur who has been part of many founding executive teams, and a member of non-profit Boards & Committees. I know how critical high-performing teams, leaders, and individuals are to organizational success.I am a former NCAA Division I athlete and Team Captain. I know the value of practice and being coached while doing the critical habit building work needed to deliver wins. I am an innovator, with seven issued patents to my name. I know the power of doing things differently.I am an author who has written a top ranked HBR article as well as a few chapters of a best-selling book (where I also co-lead the world-record setting publication launch).
