Manager, Consumer Solutions Training
Keeping it fresh is important and sometimes the steps to success involve some imagination and reinvention. In the fall of 2017, our next step as Consumer Solutions Group was to morph into a new organizational foundation to help better serve our peers, other RealPage product groups and most importantly, our customers. Part of the re-imagined Consumer Solutions Group was a new, dedicated training team which I stood up from scratch. This included the creation of the CSG Trainer role, Trainer product certification process and Implementation Project Manager certification process. Using RealPage's existing learning systems, I also designed an accessible live-training schedule linked to our website and Product Learning Portal or LMS. Today, our training team of five US-based and two Philippines-based trainers are responsible for all internal and external Consumer Solutions training.
