To drive the agenda in respect of a ‘security culture’. • Understanding their needs so as to deliver the most appropriate solutions as part of a seamless service strategy. • Identifying common and recurring customer challenges and actively suggesting better, bespoke solutions. • 2nd and 3rd tier support. • Developing solutions for WordPress. • Integrating WordPress with internal and external systems. • Assisting with the development of the company Middleware* plugin for WordPress. • Development of custom plugins to meet clients' needs. • Development of custom plugins to reach company goals. • Training/onboarding of new developers. • Training other teams on new systems/modules. • Finding solutions to automate clients day to day work.(* Middleware is a plugin which connects to the main company system to authenticate users and grant access to products and subscriptions)
