Other than that it's a familiar personal money management platform: expenses, incomes, reports, budgets, planning, and shared access — all you'd need to run your family. I bootstrapped it myself.

Led the creation and launch of CleverPay, managing resource allocation, securing SDK contractors, and overseeing project development from ideation to product documentation. Implemented marketing efforts, achieving a #3 Product Hunt launch and securing initial client deals for 110k DAU. Departed due to financial challenges but maintained a supportive role for the product.

Drove Moneon’s transition to an in-house backend and oversaw team expansion, increasing product metrics and revenue by 30x. Achieved top rankings in app stores, built a high-performing ASO strategy, and launched a bilingual blog that attracted significant organic traffic. Coordinated viral campaigns and gained global recognition from Apple’s Today tab.

Managed Topface’s main dating app, establishing Scrum processes and optimizing ASO across Russian, Turkish, and English markets. Developed financial models to track subproduct performance, introducing features that boosted subscription and one-time purchase sales.

Led IQ Option’s Risks & Retention team, building scalable workflows that increased campaign output and fostering a data-driven culture for user communications. Developed multi-channel notifications and automated asset volatility-based commissions. Initiated the “trading academy,” progressing development and creating educational content.

Launched Bambk.ru, an iOS/Android e-reader with social features and an integrated ebook store. Assembled a skilled development team, secured partnerships, and led product differentiation through feature unbundling. Achieved high rankings in Russian App Store, executed targeted marketing strategies, and boosted retention via drip campaigns.
