Convexpert was a pionneer in the vehicle outfitting & conversion business. We were operating a 80 000 sq ft plant where ongoing operation of outfitting & conversion were taking place for institutionnal clients such as Bell Canada, Hydro-Quebec, Police Corps, Municipalities and much more. We were also carrying, manufacturing and distruting our own brand of vehicle storage ans shelving products knowed as Convex.November 2012, Convexpert is sold and becomes Group Polytek. With this acquisition Polytek Group became a major key player in vehicle outfitting & conversion in Quebec and became "THE" Fleet Solution Partner for institutionnal clients such as Bell Canada, Hydro-Quebec, Police Corps and Municipalities to name a few.In this competitive world of business and marketing, I was responsible for overseeing that the our products did not became outdated or unmarketable. By working with my team I had to create and coordinates new products creation and conception based on our market analysis and well define strategies. I was responsible for the preparation of full-scale manufacturing of new products that were not previously offered, including all the related activities: conceptualization; concept testing and approval; research and development; prototype testing; economic and market research; and decision making with regard to positioning, pricing, packaging, distribution, and promotion.I had to ensured daily that everything was done right the first time and on time all the time. At the same time I had to make sure that we were providing the best services to our precious clients while maximizing our revenues and profits. At the same time I was responsible for RS&DE documentation redaction, project management of some very special projects, elaboration of very specific quotations and public bids. In addition, I lead the creation of some needed commercial publications.
