In this role I am responsible for:• managing all state based programs within NSW - Home Care Package, CHSP, Fee for Service, DVA, etc. • managing a variety of large state-specific and national projects.The key day to day tasks I perform are:• People management• complaints resolution• business development• resourcing forecasting• staff recruitment• operational policy creation, management and improvement• managing clinical and administrative staff billable hours and utilisation.My key achievements to date have been:• leading a project that increased average NSW clinician utilisation by 105% (40 percentage points) across a team of over 50 allied health clinicians• reducing a backlog of over 250 referrals to 0 without increasing administration staffing overhead - achieved solely through process improvement• managing the highest referral volume:admin FTE of any state based team within Remedy• developing new position descriptions and a salary matrix for multiple clinical disciplines and roles• developing a new national clinical induction procedure across multiple clinical disciplines.

In this role I was responsible for:• creating and managing a multidisciplinary allied telehealth clinic• managing two multidisciplinary allied health clinics• preparing for the opening of two additional physical clinics (both delayed due to COVID-19)• managing and delivering the Remedy allied health graduate program.The key day to day tasks I performed were:• people management• staff rostering and resource forecasting• all aspects of staff recruitment• on-boarding, training and credentialing staff• procurement, deployment and ongoing management of new IT systems• operational policy creation and management• fiscal reporting, budgeting and forecasting• marketing planning and implementation.My key achievements were:• acquiring 600 unique clients in nine months of trading with a high client satisfaction score (NPS of 80)• meeting ambitious revenue targets for a new clinic and returning existing loss-making clinic to profit• rapidly creating and deploying a new telehealth clinic• rolling out a new practice management system across the clinic network.

In this role I was responsible for:• developing and managing the Remedy national learning and development program• creating, managing and delivering the Remedy graduate program• commissioning the opening of a multidisciplinary allied health clinic.The key day to day tasks I performed were:• project, and people management• staff training and development of staff training framework• staff recruitment• resourcing, rostering and program timetabling• business model development• program and policy development.My key achievements were:• developing and executing a national learning framework that passed a rigorous ACHS accreditation• improving staff attraction – record applications for the roles I advertised• improving staff retention - graduate annual staff retention rate of 90%, a 95% increase from the first year of the program• delivering a new clinic on time and to budget.

In this role I was responsible for:• delivering primarily aged care physiotherapy services• refining and creating aged care physiotherapy facility policies and procedures• liaising with and engaging aged care facility stakeholders.My key achievements were:• developing Remedy aged care physiotherapy procedures across multiple aged care sites• increasing physiotherapy enrolment and funding by >40% across multiple aged care sites• achieving fantastic clinical outcomes for the residents in my care.

In this role I was responsible for:• conducting private practice and aged care physiotherapy work. My key achievements were:• building and managing a diverse and challenging caseload.
