During the time spent with Addecco at Genentech, I participated in two development projects, one of which as the sole member and the second as one of a two member team. In both cases, I was responsible for the gathering of user requirements and translating these into a database and user interface to be utilized by the business owners.

The initial purpose of this position was to review financial statements within a series of Excel spreadsheets. Initiated a review of current processes and recommended system and process changes to improve business efficiencies. Implemented multi-phase project to realize efficiencies which were introduced company wide as well as to UMB’s client base.
