These activities start with the initial project definition and scoping stages and continue through to their inclusion within the planning and delivery of multiple releases.I coordinate multiple resources as part of the delivery process. These resources are located both on and offshore and in multiple global locations. I am comfortable using a range of resource planning and reporting tools to facilitate the smooth release delivery.My role at Uniphore enables organizations to deliver effortless customer self service and agent assisted interactions by implementing cutting‐edge mobile, smart device, and web based visual IVR solutions, as well as optimized agent desktops, and business process optimisation tools.
