As part of the Data Platform team, we kicked-off and productionized the X-Platformcore-service that streams multi-modal conversation data in real-time,with low-latency and high availability for the U products.

As a member of the Data Platform team, I've worked with great people at the Data Science and Analytics department at TUI Musement.Supported Data Scientists and collaborated with engineering teams to deliver machine learning products.Mainly focused on the chatbot solution for the TUI Destination Experiences center.

Designed an approach to validate website classification technology.Developed a proof-of-concept project to optimize internal processes using machine learning and natural language processing with an outcome performance slightly higher than a human evaluated on the same task.Deployed machine learning models to the cloud as an API.
