From March 2022 to August 31, 2023, was a contracted General Counsel and Corporate Development for Fountain Life. As of September 1, 2023 I became contracted Chief Legal Officer at Datacast Technologies, Inc, a Boise ID tech startup company for which I have been on the board of directors for the last 2+ years. As a contract attorney and consultant I counsel board of directors, shareholders, senior management, entrepreneurs, and business owners providing a strong technical, marketing and financial focus to investments in technology, commercialization and monetization thereof and have managed corporate books and private placement fund raising. I have performed as general counsel and on company boards to several entities. I have also coordinated funding subscriptions for private placement offerings, divestiture of subsidiaries. I have extensive financial, engineering, operational, technology management, regulatory and product development industry experience at SBC/AT&T in numerous positions, and later at a startup competitive carrier (CLEC) Brooks Fiber's GLA consulting division. As President and COO at GLA Network Technologies I was responsible for 5 profit centers with 350 employees providing software solutions and technical, engineering and business planning services to clients. At GLA, I was as an executive overseeing a management consulting and professional services company providing business planning, due diligence and operations management to startup companies and investment capital, VC and PE firms. I led the consulting services team providing investment due diligences and professional and technical services to investment entities related to acquisitions and business plan development of entities in over 22 countries. I was a co-founder of a startup, GLA New Ventures as General Counsel and corporate secretary and later President and COO, and board member. I was also co-founder and EVP of Everest Technologies, Everest Connections which we successfully raised $600 M in financing I was also one of the lead executive managers for a startup company BlackHills Fibercom.I also have over 20 years of experience practicing intellectual property as an partner in IP law firms and before that 20 years as a manager at SBC/AT&T.
