Management of a diverse portfolio of over 100 clients in the Brisbane CBD & Inner Brisbane region, liaising with a range of people from business owners to senior management of companies.Financial and operational KPIs, including but not limited to performance budgets, benchmarks, product penetration and business growth strategies, are aimed to be achieved and exceeded monthly. Strategies put in place to achieve these KPIs include reviewing and analysing data to manage the portfolio, prepare written performance reports, generate monthly objectives and put in place a 90 day pipeline.Contract negotiation and drafting with existing clients and new business stakeholders to ensure they are either retained or can be converted into the portfolio.

Liaise with each area sales manager, key account manager and national business executives to provide and assist with espresso training, new business tastings and national roll-outs across the Queensland portfolio of over 500 clients. The training, as outlined below, also assisted the sales team to achieve business growth.Following a national training plan, each client and associated staff were put through one of three curated training courses in which they were assessed technically and theoretically. It was my responsibility train the staff, but to also ensure that the business owners or managers understood who the key performers were in their business and to offer feedback for greater results.In this role, I developed two new online training systems. A streamlined booking system and a simplified assessment system which provides baristas with greater feedback and improvement areas. This has now been rolled out across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
