Covetrus, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVET), formed February, 2019.- Vice President – Integration, Support & Services, TAIT Towers Manufacturing, LLC. Charter was to build-out a comprehensive Support & Services (Training, Implementation and Consulting) group to support the Permanent Installation (PI) facilities and Touring Shows for this preeminent Staging, Theater and Rock Production company, globally. Turned group around from a loss-leader to returning 40% EBITDA in 2016.- Customer Advocate, McKesson Pharmacy Systems & Automation (MPSA) in Livonia, MI and Atlanta, GA – Primary focus was Support, Consulting and Product Development functions to integrate applications from five acquired companies to the Pharmacy Systems portfolio, and achieve Best in Class certification (achieved March, 2015). Included hardware repair and maintenance operations for over 18,000 customers (desktops, servers, credit card readers, signature pads and associated sub-assemblies and equipment).- Executive Vice President, Revenue Cycle & Scheduling Solutions, for QuadraMed, a division of the Harris Operating Group within Constellation Software (Toronto, Ontario - TSE: CSU). Led turn-around operations and exceeded financial targets while acquiring new clients. Led operation to drive customer loyalty and ensure 40% EBITA target met, as well at 5% YoY organic growth.
