Project production responsibility for College Facility Renovations, K-12 Educational Facility Renovations and Additions, ADA Upgrades, school system Conditions Reports, Municipal buildings, commercial Office Parks, industrial and storage Warehouses, and single-family Residential. Provided production materials for all basic architectural services directly to clients, with exception of contracts and proposal agreements. Supervisor of quality control during manufacturing and installation of building modules. Manager of materials, including stock inventory and components required for modular designs. Supervisor of construction team for residential storage modules and Commercial modules under 400 square feet.
