After spending 6 years as a successful entrepreneur working in trucking, logistics, tech support, and network systems diagnostics, I am currently progressing through an IT-Cybersecurity Certification Program for Developers by partnering with Google; one of the top companies for IT solutions and services, of which I am very proud to be a Developer and Partner. I first entered IT in 2003 as a high school junior when a technical paper I wrote got me into NHS. From there, I graduated and went to college and worked for about 3 years in Tech Support roles and customer service roles for Nextel, Sprint, Charter Communications and in 2007 began a volunteer service opportunity at Facebook, which then was a smaller college based platform that conducted experience surveys for I believe it was an internet cafe idea the company was considering. In 2010, I began a CDL Truck Driving career where I developed my own entrepreneiorial spirit and ideas by partnering with carriers in equipment leasing. During my trips, I became a Driver Trainer where my IT spirits reignited in 2015 when I joined an OOIDA Advisory Panel advising FMCSA on the impacts of ELD driver e-logs where on-board recorders monitored a driver's compliance with maximum driving and work day rules; a rule that has since reduced driver fatigue-based crashes, has saved lives, saved the economy lots in cargo claims, and enabled technological innovation in our national transportation system; leading me to become a full time developer now self-employed after my last role at Target as a Wireless Activations Support Solutions Specialist. In 2021, I complete network vulnerability and cybersecurity investigations and assessments for individual end-users, open-source and privacy/data management services, tech support, account recovery, and digital environment security protocols for small businesses, non-profits, and awareness/education and support for non-technical audiences. My priorities are community service/engagement, innovation, information security, and enabling responsive, safe, and meaningful solutions for our only single source repository of data, the Internet.My professional priorities are to maintain the highest levels of professionalism, excellence, client satisfaction, and quality by providing services that meet and/or hopefully exceed local, regional, national, and international IT standards. By adhering to IT's methodologies and time tested models with forward thinking, we all benefit, communities big and small.
