EU internship within Learning and development (L&D) and Human Resources (HR) at the EEA in Copenhagen. Tasks included: creating announcements, administering of language courses, creating a 1 hour training session for the Samsung Flip (a portable whiteboard), and holding it for staff members. I also ran the "Lunch and Learn" project, where staff members volunteer to make presentations during lunch, on a topic of their choice. This by creating a manager portal on the intranet that presented 19 different topics of rules (such as parental leave), and explaining them in short infomercials. Show less
