The Clinical Integration program at HFHS was developed to develop clinical quality measures, best practices and policies in order to begin the development of a system sponsored Accountable Care Organization (ACO).• Lead the development of scope and first year incentive model across 31 medical and surgical specialties and 105 quality, utilization and process measures.• Facilitated sessions with physicians to define attribution models and measure objectives as well as defining measure clinical and technical specifications.• Developed, proposed and implemented key performance indicator benchmarks, targets and thresholds.

• Conducted cost savings analysis that resulted in the identification of 8.1 Million dollars of cost savings across clinical and non clinical departments.• Developed and trained engagement realization tool utilized by clients and project team to track potential and actual cost savings.• Met regularly with department leads, the Chief Executive Officer and Operations Officers to outline cost savings and to report on key performance indicators.
