In my role I support retail banks (predominantly Middle East and European markets) by benchmarking their performance across three critical areas: Sales Effectiveness: Examining key indicators of sales productivity across customer segments and distribution channels. Identifying, prioritising and recommending actions to increase revenue growth and profitability. Digital and Multichannel: Evaluating digital sales and service performance against global leading banks and international best practice. Identifying improvement opportunities through technology driven innovation and supporting large scale digital transformation. Customer Experience: Working with the Saudi Arabian Regulator (SAMA), measuring service quality across all 14 banks in the Kingdom over a 5-year period. Facilitating workshops with all banks to identify an action plan and track improvements over time.The Finalta methodology includes four key steps: Diagnose: Get a detailed understanding of performance against peers with our rigorous fact-based methodology.Quantify: Identify improvement opportunities and set objective targets to match or outperform peers.Act: Implement initiatives, using proven best practices to accelerate improvement.Track: Review year-over-year progress in the context of peer trends and advances in best practices.
