For the past 10+ years I’ve worked my way from Production Assistant to Director of Production at GRP. Throughout these years I’ve been responsible for day-to-day administrative operations including hiring, purchases, contracts, payroll, and budgeting. Also played a key role in creative development for television content. Worked with Executive Producers to coordinate all production needs including equipment rental, sourcing locations, segment producing, travel, and more. Oversaw countless projects from development to deliverables. Provided graphic design for any company needs. Established new company workflows for media. As a Creative Specialist at Matt Shep Productions, a dynamic social media marketing company, I played a pivotal role in driving brand success through innovative campaigns and captivating visual content. I collaborated closely with clients to understand their unique brand identities and objectives, translating these insights into compelling creative strategies. Leveraging my expertise in Adobe Photoshop, as well as proficiency in tools like Descript and Notion, I crafted visually stunning assets tailored to each client's needs. As liaison I was the primary contact for the all filmmakers attending the festival. I coordinated filmmaker accommodations during the festival including travel arrangements and Visa applications. I produced filmmaker exclusive events and receptions. Created informational packets for filmmakers and guest of the festival which included brochures listing festival events, important contacts, as well as custom maps. Other liaison duties included talent wrangling for post screening interviews, addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Assistant to two Senior VPs and provided second assistant support to the CEO. Preformed office duties, which included scheduling meetings, rolling calls, updating and managing contacts, coordinating conference calls, creating travel itineraries and securing travel arrangements for all three executives. Trusted with handling and delivery of confidential information and media. Oversaw ordering of office supplies and craft service.

Produced an independent short through the areas of development, pre-production, production, post-production, exhibition and distribution. Completed all legal forms dealing with documentation of the filming including; location releases, copyright, fiscal sponsorship, insurance, travel arrangements and expenses. Supervised a team of over 20 Individuals.

Development assistant to Jeno Hodi (Chairman, CinePartners) with daily office activities including; research, copying, filing, and script coverage. Scheduled meetings with clients.
