Danny is a seasoned restructuring and advisory professional with over a decade of experience in corporate advisory, restructuring and asset realization. He is a member of INSOL International, its Cayman Islands chapter, the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Danny previously served as the head of the solvent restructuring group at an international professional services firm. Having led numerous solvent restructuring and advisory engagements across various jurisdictions, including the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom, his experience encompasses acting as voluntary liquidator and providing solvent restructuring and wind-down management advice to regulated hedge funds, private equity funds, private trust companies, including with respect to structured finance collateral debt obligations.
