Centralised Services Technician
As a Centralised Services Technician, My role is predominantly to manage and maintain all our backup solutions within the estate. I am trained and fluent in most backup solutions including but not limited to Altaro, Datto, StorageCraft, GFI Backup, CloudBerry (MSP360), Azure backup and Backup Exec. I'm currently doing my training on Veeam.My other responsibilities are to be a second tier escalation point for my team, developing automation in the way of scripting using PowerShell and the built in RMM scripting engine and looking after essential systems and alerts such as antivirus, disk space, server performance etc.
