Realization of geometric design, material selection, life dimensioning and tolerances studies (tolerance stack-up and Montecarlo).• Selection of DC motors and associated transmission for precision electromechanical systems. Electrical dimensioning, thermal dimensioning and automatic control system (PID) fine tunning.• Collaborating with the Operations and Supply Chain teams in the project industrialization applying Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) practices.• Realization of FMEA design and process (D-FMEA and P-FMEA) in collaboration with Quality and Operations teams.• Validation of the solutions defining the test plan for the characterization of the critical parameters for the correct performance. Analysis and treatment of data.• Prototyping of technical solutions using various manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing (3D printing), protomolding or machining.First two years as part of the Innotalent+25 program that selected the best graduates and offered technical and project management training while working on projects in the R&D units and operations of the HP development center in Barcelona.
