Drove the use of formal test plans for all requirements for the organization.Oversaw many different qualification areas for the printer. Aimed to make tests repeatable and reduce the overhead associated with some automated testing practices. Updated automation for new User Interface and worked to remove patterns that lead to intermittent test results (i.e. false failures). Worked with teams in India and Korea.

Test Lead over Printer Description Languages(PDLs) while bringing up new firmware. Oversaw the development tool to aide in the triaging issues by doing image comparisons, displaying the differences to the user, and automate the process to update the golden standard image is the change is now expected.Developed the automation framework for these tests for when they are run as part of regression.

Manual test development along with creating some tools to interact with printers to test out additional features. Also developed User Interface testing using Quick Test Pro and VB Script

Worked on VHDL test bed to verify asic before fabrication.

USB Printer Driver support and maintainance. Also did some manufacturing test software and wrote and executed TCL tests on FPGA prototypes.
