Perform custom cable installations and repair and maintain Surgical Integration video and audio routing in Operating Rooms and Endo Suites. Install and perform PM’s and repairs on the Endoscope Re-Processors, and all electronics used in Endoscopy and Surgery areas of hospitals. Provide In-Service and training to the end users. Entry level BMET I position, while learning the campus and Infusion & Syringe Pumps, Suction Units, Blanket Warmers, Executone Nurse Call Systems, Patient Monitors and Telemetry Systems. Promoted to a BMET II within four months of being on the job. Started learning more complex equipment in Surgery, Radiology, Respiratory, NICU, and the ICU. Received a promotion and transferred to the Mercy Campus in November 1998.
