As GM of Talent Marketplaces at Cast & Crew, I own P&L responsibility for the three largest global talent marketplaces in the entertainment and advertising industries. Prior to my new role I was interim President of Talent and Creative Solutions at Cast & Crew.I owned P&L responsibility and co-led a division of over 250 employees across six internet marketplace and software businesses in the creative production, entertainment and performing arts industry. I leverage my skills in general management, strategy, new product development, marketing and operations to profitably scale our businesses by helping our platforms serve the needs of creators and performers in various fields.Previously, I was the Chief Marketing Officer at Backstage, a membership-based talent marketplace and platform for the TV, film, and advertising space. As CMO, I was a core member of the team that turned a floundering trade publication into a major talent marketplace for the entertainment and advertising industries, helping drive over 40x growth with an average 18.5% CAGR with multiple exits, leading to a successful strategic acquisition by Cast & Crew.
