I have ate, slept, and breathed customer service for the past 20+ years. I have a passion for enriching lives coursing through my veins and getting to work with the public has helped satisfy that. I thrive on mentorship and helping develop talent, as well as thinking outside of the box to come up with ideas to help improve the customer journey, as well as the internal customer experience at a job. Making people happy makes me happy, and everyone likes being happy! I love being a part of a team, but I also appreciate the art of a solo mission.
