Manage Active Transportation Planning and operations for Roseville Transit's local fixed route, commuter and dial-a-ride services, including 12 FTE staff and contract services for transit operations. Primary oversight of annual operating budget close to $10,000,000 that included local, state and federal grant funding (Federal Transit Administration). Administration of capital improvement project budgets for numerous transit, bicycle and pedestrian projects, including procurement of Roseville's first zero emission buses. Primary grant delivery responsibility for state and federal grants exceeding $30,000,000. Staff liaison to the Transportation Commission, with responsibility for agenda development and program and project presentations. Preparation of written and oral reports to the City Council. Liaison to SACOG Transit Coordinating Committee, PCTPA Technical Advisory Committee and other regional working groups.

In this position I was responsible for Active Transportation Planning for the City of Roseville. This included being the Project Manager for the Bicycle Master Plan Update, Pedestrian Master Plan, Pedestrian Design Guidelines, and Dry Creek Greenway Planning & Feasibility Study. My duties also included project development for various bikeway and pedestrian projects, including grant writing and administration, and review of development projects for compliance with bicycle and pedestrian goals, policies and standards.
