Our key customers were: Banks, Insurance companies, Telecoms, Government institutions, Industry etc. We were covering following fields: Networks, Server environments, DataBases, Operating Systems, Security, Storages and SANs, IP Telephony, Business Continuity & Disaster recovery, Document Management, Backup technologies and technical support.Key responsibilities:- Leading sector of 20+ people- Covering four countries: Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro- Negotiating and making the deals with customers.- Making sure that customers are satisfied with delivered solutions. - Building strong relationships with customers.- Reporting to General Manager- Making annual business plans and budget for entire sector and achieving them.- Overseeing all ongoing projects in the sector.- Making plans for growth and development of the sector.- Providing technical support to the customers according to strict Service Level Agreements.
