HI , my name is Dmitrii Rakov. Have been doing research in the computer vision field for more than 5 years. For me, the field of computer visionis of the greatest interest, since there are many complex and ambitious tasks, the solution of which allows us to automate many areas of our life. I have been working at autonomous driving, especially at autonomous trains,researching and developing computer vision algorithms to establish high performance perception. For me,working with autonomous vehicles, in particular autonomous trains, is a fascinating journey to create new technologies. My research topics are:• ML and CV in autonomous trains area• Small objects detection• Neural networks optimization• Novel , hardware suitable neural networks architectures creation• Lidar data neural networks• ML Safety - OOD detection and uncertainty estimation• Open world object detection and segmentationIn parallel with my work, I am developing in the following directions: • I write articles for the telegram channel - DeepSchool, in which I talk about various neural networks for the Russian-speaking audience • I give lectures on topics such as 3D detection and segmentation, the use of Visual transformers
