- Implemented and delivered Cloud BSS Solution of 200+ microservices including Infrastructure, DevOps and Operations tools which allowed to sign off a key contract for the company using the latest technologies of Java, Quarkus, Google K8s Engine, Cloud SQL, Cassandra, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis- Led workshops with a customer, reviewed scenarios and proposed solution deployment scheme which guaranteed 99,99 availability and Zero Downtime during installations- Set up project wide CI/CD cycle using Jenkins Pipelines which was a critical service for 70 project engineers and allowed to increase amount of story points delivered in a sprint by 20%. Introduced code review, merge request, load/stress testing, unit/integration testing. - Reduced fail rate of deployment pipelines by 30% (by performing continuous RCA, collecting statistic, improving processes) and environment preparation time by 3 times: from 6 hours to 2 hours (by automating QA tests and typical operations)- Established operations model and configured monitoring, logging, tracing and alarming services including Grafana, Prometheus, Alert Manager, Graylog, Profiler, Jaeger, Backup/Recovery to guarantee SLA. Proved KPIs through stress and volume testing using JMeter, Profiler, JMH Benchmarks, JMC, JFR- Introduced L2 data cache and message bus which allowed to increase possible load up to 3 times- Applied proper transactions management and DB locks approach to avoid tons of data consistency and concurrency issues- Covered the code with unit and integrations tests. Achieved about 70% of test coverage following TDD methodology- Supervised junior teammates and guided them to new positions in the company (from junior to middle)
