The role includes main project manager’s responsibilities: planning pre-studies and delivery phases, staffing projects with internal and external resources, reporting the progress to members of the steering group or management, following up the budget, coordinating release activities.As agile development is extensively used in TeliaSonera, I am often acting as agile coach encouraging the project team to properly follow the methodology and helping to get routines going. Depending on the project I am also acting as Scrum Master or Product Owner.During more than 2 years in the position, I managed large-scale projects both on TeliaSonera Group level and in Estonia, as well as smaller IT assignments. The projects were mainly delivering customer facing functionality in online channels – web and mobile apps and the teams included developers and specialists covering end-to-end flow from back-end to front platforms.

Responsible for the development projects portfolio within an FX/FI area. Projects vary from introducing new major systems in the bank to changing functionality of existing systems. The role is accountable for delivering projects in time and within agreed budget as well as for following development standards set by Swedbank’s regulations.Acting as IT Project Manager in a major business transformation project.Representing Group IT in the steering committees of development projects. Managing staff of 10 project managers and specialists (all located in Stockholm). Performing periodical performance appraisals, setting up personal and organizational targets.
