With over 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I am a seasoned CFO who has successfully led the financial and accounting functions of various organizations, from private to government and joint-venture companies. I have a strong background in corporate finance, financial planning, project finance, and risk management, as well as an MBA degree from Warwick Business School.As the CFO of International project (Oil & Gas), I optimized the financial flows, prepared and consolidated the management reporting, and ensured compliance with sectoral sanctions and audits. I also contributed to the strategic operating plans, the reorganization and restructuring of the company, and the quick adaptation to unpredictable events such as tariffs, inflation, and supply chain crisis. Additionally, I was actively involved in the creation of two joint ventures and the implementation of an IT project for portfolio optimization.
