Client Coordinator
CurrentSupervises direct support professionals; participates in all interdisciplinary conferences and team meetings. Responsible for the creation and implementation of interdisciplinary treatment and habilitation plans as well as for documentation of all participants’ programs in his/her unit to maintain compliance with regulations • Conducts in-service training through room, unit, and staff meetings and in conjunction with other supervisors, the non-administrative staff conferences • Ensures that all persons receive mandated services that all goals and valued outcomes are implemented and all documentation is maintained in compliance with OPWDD regulations for all program participants in his/her unit • Participates in Quality Assurance and/or utilization review, conducting assessments and internal reviews as assigned • Provides support to individuals with I/DD in their art-based site-based day hab, including hands-on support for the individuals during program activities, and community-based activities such as museums, gardens, and local stores.
