I worked in training for 10 years: conducted trainings, coachings, headed the recruitment and adaptation department, but the IT sphere attracted me. I was looking for a vocation where the skills of a business coach, a methodologist, a speaker and modern IT technologies would be combined.2 years ago I found a profession that implements this synergy - the eLearning Developer.I mastered the basics on my own, later successfully defended a graduation project at the iSpring Academy as a developer of electronic courses/Than took 1st place in the iSpring Challenge 2021 developer competition, took courses in design and layout and certification for iSpring Learn and iSpring Suite.What I can do well in developing online courses:- Remove the request from the customer;- To make a course program based on pedagogical design;- Write fascinating scenarios of linear and nonlinear chickens;- Make up courses in the Articulate 360, iSpring Suite, Captivate constructors;- Record video as a cameraman and speaker;- Create interactive simulators;- Develop non-standard tests and other interactivity.What can I do at a sufficient level:- Mount video and sound;- Process photos.What I am learning in courses and practice now:- UX design;- JavaScript.
