I support the work and set up LMS in a company with a staff of more than 7000 people.I have developed more than 50 e-courses.

What I did in online training:+ Transferred adaptation and training from offline to the blended learning format.+ Developed, using the ADDIE approach, 12 courses for the adaptation and training of trainees of the commercial department on the iSpring Suite platform on the following topics:- Welcome;- Sales and negotiations using non-linear interactive simulators;- The course "Getting to know Bitrix" with a demonstration of proper work in CRM using screencasts and manuals;- Grocery courses;- Courses on business processes of the company.- Slide course on "time management" in storytelling format.+ When creating courses:- Wrote 14 methodological scenarios for training courses;- Created and processed video content (AdobePremier Pro, Adobe After Effects), edited, voiced and processed sounds in Adobe Audition;- Processed photo content in Literoom, Photoshop;- Designed the design layout in SCORM (Experience in LMS iSpring, WebTutor).- Designed learning trajectories with gamification elements;- Conducted Custdev graduates to improve courses;- Adapted offline learning materials to online, selected formats;- Compiled and technically implemented tests, cases, exercises, tasks based on examples of cases for courses;- Checked homework with feedback;+ Implemented the LMS in the work and trained the curators of the training in the methodology of providing support and control of students.+ During the pandemic, I transferred training in the company to a remote format in Zoom.+ Conducted more than 50 offline and online trainings on sales, negotiations, NLP and management.Results:+ During my work, the company has set records for monthly revenue 7 times.+ The period of adaptation of new employees of the commercial department has been reduced from 2 to 1 month.+ Employee engagement in training has increased to 84% of the staff due to non-linear training programs.+ Saved many hours of life for sales managers and me.

I have developed and made more than 200 training events, including online format for line and management personnel of small and medium-sized businesses.Among my clients: BASF (German chemical concern), Nord Gold, Severstal, Gastroenterology Center Expert (clinic), FARMOA (Polish cosmetics brand), etc.I also introduced a comprehensive service in the company:Systematization of the sales department;Search of sales managers through the Assessment Center;Development of e-learning courses for training and adaptation of new employees.I was a speaker at the venues:Business Development Center of the Sberbank of Russia, ESOD, Privy Councilor, BIZKON.
