    Kodland is a global online school that teaches kids coding and other digital skills. As an IT Product manager, I got my hands on the entire business model and client's path from an ad click to graduation.Client communication1. Reduced phone call price by more than 50% by negotiations with various contractors. Decreased failed calls number by 6-8% as a result of various technical problems alleviation. Improved the quality of calls and service. Improved the UX for the OPs team resulting in better operators performance and overall positive feedback.2. Made emails delivery process stable. Due to technical problems delivery rate (%DR) varied from 0 to 60%. Along with developers and analytics leveled %DR at above 98% for all available templates. Provided TechSup team with the tools necessary to monitor and prevent outages. 3. Laid the foundation for a new versatile client communication scheme and along with CTO devised the architecture of the technical solution. Automation & Ops1. Introduced the No-code culture and rolled out several instruments like Zapier and Integromat to enable process automation. Onboarded several colleagues and facilitated the adoption. Several successful projects were made possible thanks to the this infrastructure.2. Designed and implemented a 98% fail-proof automated system for monitoring teachers’ attendance and preventing the lessons from being cancelled as a result of their absence.3. Decreased TechSup team headcount by 80% resulting in ~7% CAC decrease. Completely reshaped the operating model, developed several tools to enable transition and successfully implemented it.4. Launched an MVP that increased %CR from Lead to Trial class x1.5 by improving CX and cut back CAC 5% by ops optimization and automation. Additional MVP cost was under $500 thanks to use of 3rd party solutions and no-code instruments. As a result development of an internal tool was launched. The project took 3 months.

    New product launch: Premium 4 hr delivery with high SLA.Due to the crowdsourcing nature of Borzo, the quality of service can be unpredictable. The reliability of the service greatly affects the volume growth per client, new client acquisition, and client cohorts in general.I handled product launch End-to-End: courier supply management and acquisition, automated order assignment system, service quality monitoring, client on-boarding, and support.As the result of two versions of MVP launches over 3 Qs the company now has a product with a 2-3 times better retaining weekly cohorts audience and growing volumes per client. The product also seems to positively affect the overall churn of Borzo. To achieve this result I conducted several qualitative and quantitative courier and client researches, tested various hypotheses, onboarded clients and trained sales and account managers teams, managed features delivery in cross-functional teams, managed several soft-launches in several countries, aligned product vision internationally with the teams from 10 countries.The main challenges were: couriers shifts availability management, courier training, and delivery quality management, client-side product-market fit, order placement interface.API integrations1. Improved the activation CR% by 2-3 times for CMS/CRM plugins/apps. Analyzed the funnel and fixed the barriers, made the integration process easier for the clients based on the findings of the experiments and usability tests.2. Managed apps/plugins roll-out across 10 countries for various CMS/CRM systems like Shopify and WordPress (WooCommerce).3. Maintained and enriched open API for clients’ custom integrations.
