Throughout all career in EPAM (9+ years) has been working with one customer, who is a large provider of internet and television in USA and EU.Product: videostreaming service developed for a wide variety of the platforms - Android, iOS, Web, Windows 10, Android TV, Apple TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS.Technologies: Android native, iOS native, Web, Flutter, Mobile automation.Toolset: Android Studio, XCode, Charles, Postman, App center, TestflightResponsibilities:- Functional manual testing of the apps on mentioned above platforms in a SCRUM team + basic API testing- Leading a team of up to 20 mobile testing engineers - assignment and control of the tasks, motivation, performance control- Close collaboration with automation team - setting priorities, help with the organizational questions- Interviewing candidates for open positions- Test documentation development - test strategy, test plan, test result report- Requirements analysis, including active participation in grooming sessions, providing estimations in story points and man hours- Working as a BA on one small substream- Close collaboration with customer and third party vendors - organizing and providing demos, participating in war rooms, bug triage sessions, supporting customer onsite while release preparation
