Responsible for Balance Sheet FX risk management for eBay Inc. and subs. Managed a P/L Budget of $12M per year.1. Transitioned eBay's Balance Sheet program from daily FX rate to a single monthly rate environment, which included creation of a new model that can handle a detailed Balance Sheet forecast and change in trading strategy to match the accounting rate.2. Worked on Long Haul Hedge Accounting roll out and de-designation of existing CTM CF Hedge trades. Using Quantum Treasury workstation, designed (1) how CF Exposures are captured, (2) creation of Hypothetical trades, (3) how to handle closeouts and de-designations and (4) all related reports used for compliance, reconciliation and disclosure.3. Worked on functional currency switch (EUR to USD) for a core international subsidiary. Included creation of a new forecasted Balance Sheet exposure profile and related change in hedge coverage. Change in hedge coverage was achieved through closeout of existing trades, trade novation and adding of new hedges for newly created exposures.

Led North America Cash Management team of 5 People; over $2B dollars under management. Supported all corporate and customer activity including Debt Servicing and Customer payouts.Head of North America Cash Management team, key areas of responsibility include:1. Bank account structure optimization and reduction of trapped cash2. Global bank portal management (20+ Portals) - focus on reduction of bank portal users in favor of internal systems.3. Working Capital management and Cash forecasting - Automating data mining, partnering up with BUs to gain insight into their spending trends, developing ways to leverage Working Capital as the balance sheet grows.4. Governance Refresh - Updating Cash Management and Group funding policies to strengthen controls and improve daily processes.

In charge of eBay's Capital Structure analysis and planning. Created Rating Agency models, analyzed various Share Repurchase alternatives and drove 3YR Strategic Planning Process.

Supported Customer Service, Returns and Dispositions P/L line items. Developed an attribution model to accurately interpret how changes in business drivers impacted P/L performance which resulted in a better business insight.

Managed Cash Positioning and Investments for North America. Consistently met Average Collected balance targets for the main concentration structure. Managed a $10B Commercial Paper program.
