Since joining McKinsey & Company in 2011, Dmitry led variety of projects in Banking and Capital Markets for clients located in Russia, United States, Czech Republic, the UK , the Netherlands and Kazakhstan. Over the last 3 years Dmitry led teams that delivered impact in more than 20 projects, significantly improved performance of clients of various scale and business dynamics:- Developed business unit strategic plans for CIB, hedge funds, universal banks- Driven 1year+ operational improvement and efficiency transformation program for a top-5 bank in Russia of corporate and retail lines of business: designed and supported implementation of initiatives to get cost efficiency from good to great: overall cost base reduction of 15%- Redesigned credit process for a top-3 CIB player in Russia- Conducted RWA efficiency diagnostics for Retail business of one of the major global banks in its critically important markets- Defined a step change program for cost efficiency improvement for Global markets business of one of the global powerhouses, focusing on the FX and Rates trading business- Developed market entry strategy for one of the leading digital hedge funds in the US, defined revenue targets, estimated capital consumption and defined ROE targets, defined implementation roadmap- Conducted diagnostics of Treasury function of one of the leading banks and developed a detailed roadmap to build one of the industry best ALM functions- Corporate strategy development for a group of companies in the banking sphere, as well as for major mobile operatorsIn his work in McKinsey Dmitry leads efforts in client acquisition and development, building relationships with senior Banking executives, including board level and CEOs in a variety of client situations and geographies.

Worked on a variety of topics for banking, TelCo and transportation companies from London to Russia, to Netherlands, Kazakhstan and beyond, supporting leading global and regional companies on Strategy, CF and post merger management, as well as operations improvement.

As a leader of a team of quants developed and prototyped a few trading algorithms and models for global equity trading business (PT), including IS-like proprietary algorithm, equity risk model for day trading, etc.
